What we can work on

Where people usually start

Over more than 20 years, I've walked with people through the hardest seasons of their lives. These are the places I most often begin.

Anxiety

Relief from the constant exertion of worry and overwhelm.

Depression

Steady support for the seasons that feel heavy and slow.

Grief & loss

Steady companionship through mourning, change, and what comes after.

Cultural & ethnic concerns

Space to bring your whole identity and story into the room.

Trauma & PTSD

Trauma-informed care that moves at your pace, never ahead of it.

My approach

Warm, honest, and collaborative

I believe healing begins when people feel safe enough to be fully seen. My work is warm, collaborative, and grounded in faith — a space where you can process difficult experiences, build healthier patterns, and learn practical tools for navigating life, relationships, and emotional challenges with greater clarity and confidence. My hope is that you leave feeling seen, heard, and empowered as you move toward healing, growth, and freedom in Christ.

Your first session

I'm glad you're here

Our first session is a chance to begin getting to know one another in a safe, supportive, nonjudgmental space. My goal is for you to feel genuinely seen, heard, and cared for as you share at a pace that feels comfortable to you. Together we'll explore what brought you to counseling, talk through your hopes for the process, and begin building a foundation of trust.

Insurance

Your insurance may cover it

I'm credentialed through Headway, which means sessions are billed through your insurance rather than paid out of pocket. These plans are currently accepted:

Aetna
Ascension
Carelon Behavioral Health
Cigna
Blue Cross Blue Shield
United Healthcare
Optum
Oscar

Coverage and copays vary by plan. Headway verifies your benefits and shows your exact cost before you book, so there are no surprises.

Finding the right fit

Two ways to work together

Therapy and coaching are different kinds of support. Here's how to tell which one fits where you are.

Counseling · Texas residents

Licensed clinical therapy

  • Clinical mental health treatment

  • Texas residents only (LPC licensure)

  • Individual therapy, adults 18+

  • Insurance accepted through Headway

  • Online & in-office in Coppell

Life coaching · Nationwide

Goal-focused coaching

  • Forward-looking, goal-oriented support

  • Available anywhere in the U.S.

  • Personal & professional growth

  • Not therapy; not billed to insurance

  • Virtual sessions

Coaching is not a substitute for mental health treatment. If you're looking for therapy and you live outside Texas, I'm glad to help you think through finding a licensed clinician in your state.
